Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 40 days of delivery, in their original packaging, and in unused condition.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can cost up to $30 depending on the shipping provider.

Partial Refund Option:

  • In certain cases where a return is not feasible (e.g., high return shipping costs, customer preference, or other reasons), we offer a partial refund of 40% of the order value without requiring the item to be sent back.
  • This option is subject to approval by our team and will be offered at our discretion.

Examples of Partial Refunds:

  • If your order was $40, you'll receive $16 back.
  • If your order was $80, you'll receive $32 back.
  • If your order was $120, you'll receive $48 back.
